I recently updated my phone to ios 9.1.3 and now PhilStar app will not open. All I get is a blank page

App was working great now does work at all no fount pages click on it and it crashes deleted it from my iPad

I had to retract my first review and told some ppl I suggested to download and use this app too that since few weeks ago this doesnt update or work anymore --- no one seems to check and care --- so, better uninstall..

I recently updated my phone to ios8.1.2 and now PhilStar app will not open. Intuit illy with ios8.1.1 the breaking news section wouldnt open. Now the app wont open.

Clean layout, accessible content. Ad-supported but banners are unobtrusive! Really good for a free app!

News in your palm of your hand. Never will I read a supersized newspaper anymore. 5 star for this app, though the ads is very annoying...

A good step in the right direction. Makes it much easier to access informative news than the Philippine Star Newsstand app. Although it feels like the screen estate on the iPad could be used more efficiently (perhaps provide option to configure line spacing?). User interface uses basic touch gestures, but I believe it can be better. Developer may consider improving how the newspaper sections are presented; instead of on/off toggles, sections may be segmented visually. Layout can also be more visually appealing by making images stand out more (perhaps make them larger?). Overall, a good app that makes news more accessible. It will find a place in my device and daily routine.

this is perfect for those mornings when Im stuck in traffic. yes, news can be accessed via social media but you have to click each news separately and it can get lost in the news feed. With Philstar app, I have easy access! plus I can personalize the categories shown in the front page. kudos to your team :)

philstar app is very cool..

Ive been searching for the perfect app to read daily news in Philippines and Im so happy to see Phil stars new Free app... The main app is easy to use and organized, I never neglect installing this great app because I dont need to buy newspaper or watch news just to get the latest buzz going on thank u soo much for this this will be a great app for busy people like me :)

This Philippine Star iOS app is very easy to navigate and has up to date delivery of news and other updates. I love this app from cover to cover! 5 stars for this one! Highly recommended and the easiest way to get updates in our busy lifestyle

The interface is straightforward, intuitive, and navigable enough but lacks a defined visual aesthetic (ex. compare with the apps for The Atlantic, NPR News, and The NY Times). The interface is awkward: content tends to be squished while white space is not utilized. The journalism is as good as it gets; PhilStar is one of the top newspapers in the country after all. But please hire a good graphic designer!

really great! its easy to navigate and design and layout are simple and uncluttered. its great that all the news are all just there. its a no fuzz app which is great for a news app. thats how it is supposed to be done.
